Back muscles

1.5L of lemon = X kg

1 box = 1.5L x 12 = 12X kg.

1 pallet = 3 levels x 11 boxes

1 day = Approx 3000 boxes / 2 ( me + steven ) = 1500 boxes.

Good training, my back muscles have become much much stronger now -_-.

In about 6 hours time from this post... here we go gym.
